Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new duka gets 14 days on the Business features — unlimited products, unlimited Orders and 300 AI messages a day. You do not need a card to start.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your duka keeps running for another 3 days, then moves to the Free Forever plan. Your storefront, WhatsApp number and Orders stay on — only the AI chatbot stops until you pick a paid plan.

Is paying yearly cheaper?

Yes. Paying yearly saves you 17% — roughly two months free compared with paying month by month.

How do I pay for my plan?

With mobile money — we send an M-Pesa prompt straight to your phone. Bank card and manual bank transfer are also available.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing in your dashboard. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.

What counts as an AI message?

We count conversations, not single messages. However many times one customer chats with your AI in a day, they count once against that day's limit.
