These Terms of Service govern your use of the DukaBot AI platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using DukaBot AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using DukaBot AI on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2Our Services
DukaBot AI provides a WhatsApp-based commerce platform including AI-powered customer service, order management, payment processing, delivery coordination, and business analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate business information during registration. Each WhatsApp Business number can only be connected to one DukaBot AI account.
4Payments & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via mobile money or card. Free trial periods do not require payment information. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DukaBot AI for illegal activities, fraudulent transactions, spam messaging, or any activity that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all your business data, including product listings, customer information, and transaction records. You grant DukaBot AI a license to process this data solely for providing our services.
7Limitation of Liability
DukaBot AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.
9Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam.
