We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, business details) and data generated through your use of our services (order data, transaction records, chat logs with your customers). We also collect device information and usage analytics to improve our services.
2How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send notifications about orders and deliveries, provide customer support, and send marketing communications (with your consent). We never sell your personal information to third parties.
3AI & Data Processing
Our AI assistant processes customer conversations to handle orders and inquiries. We do not include any personally identifiable information (PII) in AI prompts. Conversation data is used solely for order processing and is not used to train AI models.
4Mobile Money Data
Payment information processed through M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, and Airtel Money is handled by our payment partners. We store transaction references but never store your mobile money PIN or full account details.
5Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring data isolation between merchants. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
6Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data from the dashboard settings. To request data deletion, contact us at privacy@dukabotai.com.
